All clients receiving student services must understand that the operators in this school are NOT skilled professionals, but are STUDENTS in training and are in the process of learning on live models.

All Clients receiving student services must understand that you are receiving a reduction in the prices customarily charged for these services. Therefore, in consideration for these reduced charges and for the use of the services and facilities provided at NEIHULE ACADEMY OF BEAUTY, INC.,you hereby understand and agree to release and hold harmless NEIHULE ACADEMY OF BEAUTY, INC., its employees, enrolled students, and instructors from any and all liability for injuries which you may sustain resulting from the negligence of NEIHULE ACADEMY OF BEAUTY, INC, its employees, enrolled students, and instructors.

You further understand that the services being rendered to you are at your own and sole risk and you agree to release and hold harmless NEIHULE ACADEMY OF BEAUTY, INC, its employees, enrolled students and instructors from any injury to you and from the loss of any personal property of yours when on its premises.

You agree not to disparage, defame, or discredit Neihule Academy of Beauty, Inc. on any public platform (this includes Yelp, Instagram, Facebook and Google) or any student or employee of Neihule or engage in any activity which would have the effect of disparaging, defaming, or discrediting Neihule, or its students, managers, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees.
